One of the characteristics of the reggaeton that has had a lot of influence in the society is the machismo shown in its lyrics. It is said that those lyrics denigrate the dignity of women and increase the idea of the woman presented as a sexual object.
In Latin American countries is where the reggaeton is majorly listened to, that’s why kids have it very accessible. This video shows little kids dancing to reggaeton.
